PowerPoint Ninja Toolbox: Distribute Options

In my previous post, I covered the useful Align features within PowerPoint. Frequently, when I use these Align options to organize shapes and images, I also use the Distribute features at the same time.

When you’re placing objects on a PowerPoint slide, you may align them properly, but that doesn’t mean they are evenly spaced. Spacing out your objects evenly is just another simple action that can keep your slides looking clean and professional. New Selection Pane Will Keep You Sane

If you have ever built complex animations in previous versions of PowerPoint, you may have experienced the frustration of trying to select and edit objects that were in different layers on a slide. I know I have dreaded making small changes to one object that was behind several other objects or text. Ribbon Relief: Quick Access Toolbar

As you transition from using PowerPoint 2003 or an earlier version to PowerPoint 2007, one of the most challenging adjustments is learning the new ribbon menu structure. The contextual nature of the new ribbon can make it frustrating to accomplish a simple task which only took seconds in a previous version of PowerPoint.
